What would you do if a postman stole GTA IV?
3 members of UPS staff have been fired for stealing copies of Grand Theft Auto IV. Sources say the staff stole a copy for personal use.
“When we have a [big name release], we communicate it to operations and security teams. We have security in place at the facilities, and we make sure they understand to keep an eye out for things to exit the building,” he explained. How did they find where games were stolen? “We had tips from people inside, and some of them were discovered at intermediate hubs… it’s easy to spot: flaps torn, some boxes are re-taped.”

So you’ve ordered a copy online and hoping to get it tomorrow morning… you wait and wait, the mail arrives and you search for a DVD sized packet, there isn’t one! you panic and wonder if the postman stole it just like the story above. You ring all the shops and they have all sold out! There is no way you can get a copy now…

It’s most likely not the delivery guys who stole the games. I work at UPS. Delivery drivers typically bring home $800+ a week in my area and there’s strong security in place.
They were probably loaders who worked inside the hub, loading the trucks. It’s all on a conveyor belt, so you could easily take a game from a box going to a truck that someone else loads, tape it back up, and put it back on the belt.
But like I said, it’s very easy to get caught doing this…
First beat them to a pulp, the hang them by their own balls, while they are being strangled, still beating them to a pulp, and last have them eat their balls, while being strangled and beating to pulp
