E3 2008: Star Ocean 4 not 360 exclusive

During Microsoft’s E3 Keynote, they didn’t state whether Star Ocean 4 was exclusive to the Xbox 360, after stating that The Last Remnent and infinite Undiscovery was. Does this suggest that Star Ocean 4 will be making its way to the Playstation 3 afterall?

The Official Xbox Magazine (OXM) features an interview with the Infinite Undiscovery director, Hiroshi Ogawa. There were a few questions asked but near the end there was one question that got answered…
“Infinite Undiscovery aside: what tri-Ace game is your favorite? What RPGs, outside of tri-Ace’s, did you really like?”
Ogawa replied with:
“Star Ocean 4 [tri-Ace’s upcoming PS3 RPG] [...]

Star Ocean 4 scan from Dengeki magazine

Dengeki, a Japanese gaming magazine has published a scan of Square Enix’s upcoming anticipated RPG, Star Ocean 4. The scan shows screenshots of in-game environments and landscapes.

Star Ocean 4 looks very promising indeed. The visuals look outstanding, but will the gameplay live up to it? I think so.
