So you think you can make the best levels for LittleBigPlanet and probably get some money for it, think again. Seems Sony made some changes related to user generated content in their PSN terms of use(EULA).

The part that many have looked at with a frown is:

You also authorize us [Sony] and our affiliated companies, without payment to you, to license, sell and otherwise commercially exploit your User Material.

So in other words, if you make a level that is very popular Sony and/or any affiliated company will may use your content without paying you for it.

Geon is making a surprise appearance on PSN today. According to PS3Trophies.co.uk, “Short notice, but that’s the miracle of digital distribution.” It will be released today in North America and next week for Europe. A lot of other games will be released today on the PSN as Burnout Paraside, WipEout HD and Mega Man 9 make their way to our game collections.

No word on a release date though, just a price.
