Europe to get 80GB SKU
Presdent of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe David Reeves confirms that the 40GB SKU will be replaced by the new 80GB SKU and will happen on the 17th of August.

Sony: No Price Cut
Chief Financial Officer Nobuyuki Oneda, Sony Corp said on Friday that Sont themselves has no plans to cut the price of the Playstation 3.

According to Signal Hill analyst Todd Greenwald, Sony will hold its ground against an Xbox 360 price cut, which has been all but confirmed.
