DiRt 2 jas been announced by Codemasters and will retaint the name of the Scottish rally driver Colin McRae. Dirt 2 is scheduled to be released next year and will utilise an enhanced version of the EGO engine that was last seen GRID. New online modes are promised to be in the game.
