We look forward to seeing PS3 fans in Paradise City tomorrow, and trying out our 3 new online game modes, special calendar events, new cars, 70 multi-part, timed Freeburn Challenges and a wealth of improvements to the existing game.

Here is a video of one of Criterion Games lead artist, JohnL. JohnL takes you on a journey of how they developed a small area in Burnout Paradise, the Fish Market in the South Docks just off Manners Ave. You will see what the area looked like in its very early stages and you will see it evolve into what it is today. It’s a very nice video and shows you the hard work put into making games. By watching this video you will feel it would be easy to do all that but i guarantee its not as easy as it looks.

In all the Burnout games you play using a 4 wheel vehicle, not anymore! Criterion Games have announced that motorbikes will be added to the game in the upcoming update for its racing game being the biggest announcement for the franchise.
Along with the addition of bikes, night time will be added to the game as well for the first time.
“We wanted to clear the traffic out a little to give you the chance to learn how to ride in safety, and we’ve always wanted to cruise the streets of Paradise City with incredible night-time visuals.”
The update will be available sometime in August. Expect an in-game footage of the bikes in action shortly.
