Sony’s Customer Service
On Ripten.com, a long time friend had given him a call on how amazing Sony’s Customer Service was. Here’s the situation.
The friends brother had a copy of Call of Duty 4 stuck in the disc drive. He called Sony and told them the situation, and told him the problem will be resolved immediately. Here’s what the guy got two days after the call:
Two days after his call in to the company, he received a package from FedEx. Upon opening the box he he was greeted with the following items; a brand new PS3 40gb console, two new controllers, a Sony Blu-ray remote control, a new copy of Call of Duty 4, and Formula One Championship Edition.
Now that’s a sweet deal from Sony. What do you guys think? Does Sony’s customer service rock or what?

What!
I remember when my PS3 stopped reading discs I called the retailer and I received a perfectly new one in about 5 days.
awesome!
However I didn’t get a Blu-ray remote or 2 games.
its nice how sometimes complete strangers can be so generous without even knowing you.

I’ve had excellent service from Sony in the past when i had a PS2. Basically it broke and within 2 days they sent me a brand new one. Was really chuffed.
I’ve yet to suffer a problem with my launch 60GB model.
