Red Dead Redemption announced
Red Dead Redemption has been announced by Rockstar and is the follow up to 2004’s Red Dead Revolver. Redemption is set in the Western times, when the lawless and chaotic badlands began to give way to the expanding reach of government and the spread of the Industrial Age. The story of former outlaw, John Marston, Red Dead Redemption takes players on a great adventure across the American frontier.

The game will use Rockstar’s game engine, Rage and will feature an open-world enviroment to explore. Think it as a Grand Theft Auto IV but set in the Western times.
Many people thought this was the Rockstar Playstation 3 exclusive but it will be released on the Xbox 360 as well as PS3.
