This is a Playstation 3 theme called Metal Gear Solid Dissolve and the author of this theme is lightweaponx. A message from the author:

NO more wall papers I need cool icons I made better MGS wallpapers whit the Ashley wood’s comic scans, CHECK IT OUT, ICONS!!!
