This is a Playstation 3 theme called Diablo III and the author of this theme is BloodSpillXXT. A message from the author:

“Given the announcement earlier today, i thought this would be an excellent time to create a Diablo III PS3 Theme. This Theme consists of custom icons and 5 wallpaper sets.”
