Remember when we mentioned the Playstation Network cards? A user on the Gametrailers.com forum called ManaKnight has apparently bought a Playstation Network card and seen them in his local Meijer. ManaKnight bought the $20 Playstation Network card and took some pictures which are below.
And here’s the shot when he got home.
“It said on the card, “No value until activated at register”. So I called an employee over, and picked up a $20 card She had to swipe it just like a traditional gift card too (unlike Wii points and Xbox 360 Marketplace points). As you can see, the picture shows $20 and $50 increment cards.”
“In case you all want to know, Meijer is a Superstore retailer, basically like Wal-Mart. They are only located in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, and Kentucky.”
Interesting. So they are really happening then? I wonder why no other stores have it in stock yet.

I remember one article about the gamecards being at a local gasstop. But that was in April or even march not sure. I just hope they bring it to Europe quickly cause it will be a far better success here then in the US cause a majority of people who own a console don’t have a CC in europe.
Yes, a lot of people in Europe are waiting for these Playstation Cards so they can buy off the US store.
