Playstation division turned a 51 million dollar profit for Q1
Sony has released their fiscal earning figures and according to the report, Sony sold around 1.56 million Playstation 3’s in the first quarter of 2008 taking the total sales to 14.4 million. Just 700,000 were sold in the first quarter of 2007, so thats a huge leap forwards.
Sony’s gaming division made a profit of 51 million dollars during the first quarter of 2008.
