New Metal Gear Online expansion, Scene

There is a new expansion pack coming out for Metal Gear Online called Scene and will be the third expansion pack Konami release.
So, what will be included? Two new characters will make their way into the third pack, Vamp and Raiden along with new stages; Hard House/Outer and Outlet/Ravaged Riverfront.
Scene is scheduled to be released mid March.
