New 80gig PS3s have 65nm RSX chips
A few weeks ago Engadget made an article explaining that the new 80GB PS3 models provide minimal power savings and could have the new shrunken 65nm RSX chips.
Edepot has now confirmed the rumor and has stated that the new 80GB models will indeed have the 65nm RSX chips under the hood.
