Killzone 2 is set to receive a patch soon after it launches. The patch will include the following; co-op mode and vehicles will be made available in online modes.
Co-op mode will be available through the story mode, what we don’t know is whether this is online of offline.
Currently, vehicles are only available in the single player mode. Bringing them into multiplayer will make the experience better.
Killzone 2 has already been confirmed to include bots for online and offline game modes. Free downloadable content is also expected after the game has launched in February 2009.

Makes no sense. Why patch after launch? It hasn’t gone gold yet, so put it in now!
Exactly. Maybe they want to draw people back in after the patch?

Yeah so true, agreed.
Heck, if Criterion is doing it, I’m sure Guerrila Games will.
