It seems like Europe is pretty much doomed as far as demo’s go simply because they cannot buy/download Qore, an interacting online program.
I mean, take a look at the upcoming episode 2:
So what does this tell us? It says that there is an exclusive Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm demo available when you buy Qore episode 2. So how will the people in Europe be able to play this demo? They can’t.
Now for example, what if a Final Fantasy XIII demo was released in an episode of Qore? Europe will be screwed and obviously mad!
I hope Qore doesn’t hamper the demo’s on the Playstation Store especially for Europe.

Because Qore claims exclusivity, that would suggest that the only way to get it in the region in which Qore exists, is through Qore.
Who knows how Sony will handle things in other regions?
No need to start spreading rumours and nonsense…
But Qore is not available in Europe. Qore is only available in America.
SCEE isn’t having a good name with their user/member base in europe. This is another slap in their face, even though Qore is a SCEA initiative.
@Luke who is spreading rumors and nonsense?
The author of this article, by assuming that because Europe doesn’t have Qore, that they won’t get access to any of the content contained within.
Ok, still don’t see how you got this as spreading rumours and nonsense. It’s just a blogger voicing his concern. Also compare the SCEA and SCEE track record and you’ll understand why the blogger is concerned about it.
But none the less he is not stating that Qore won’t come to europe or is he stating that the stuff on Qore definitely won’t come out for EU/JAP
