Grand Theft Auto IV trophy patch now live

Just to let you all know that as of 1.00am GMT the Grand Theft Auto IV trophy patch went live. The update file weighs in at around 20mb so it’s not too much of a big download.
You will however, have to play through the game from the beginning to earn the trophies.

Cool The hunt 4 the Platinum trophy has begun… but I was Hoping that they fix the “Truman Show” Bug
Whats the Truman Show bug?
Well, I call it “The Truman Show” bug cause in the movie (with Jim carry) there is a scene when he is escaping the studio/town and the street where he is going to escape in his car suddenly became crowded with cars when de director become aware of his route… There something similar in GTA IV and it works this way…. FIRST find yourself in a empty street facing the street and click the stick to look back like 2 second and when you return to the normal view the street is filled with cars… this may not sound annoying but when you are escaping from the cops and look back or put the cinematic camera you’ll found yourself with a bunch of cars in front of you that appear out of nowhere and crash helplessly. in the single campaing and multiplayer.. SO as long as you are watching the route it will be fine but the moment you turn cars will mysteriously spawn.
