fallout3 15 07 08 04 505x280 Fallout 3 DLC finally coming to PlayStation 3
The future is looking bright. It took a while, some rumours, maybe even the effect of a petition. But Fallout 3 on the PlayStation 3 is finally getting some downloadable content from Bethesda. In an official press release they said that they had been working on it for a while to implement for the PlayStation 3.

“Operation: Anchorage” will come out late June, with “The Pitt” and “Broken Steel” expansions following weeks later. We’ll get a more exact date in the future.
In order to play these upcoming DLC’s Bethesda will release a update for the PS3.

They also announced two new DLC’s we can expect. This will be “Point Lookout” which will be available after the release of the first three DLC’s. Followed by “Mothership Zeta”. Both will cost $9.99 .
In “Point Lookout” you will explore a massive new swampland area filled with new quests and content. In “Mothership Zeta” you’ll be abducted and find out if you’re tough enough to survive.

In October a Game of the Year edition will be released. It will include the original game plus all five add-ons for $59.99. You will be able to get this at your local retail store. Getting the DLC’s (loose) at the retails store won’t be possible like with the Xbox 360 edition. You can only purchase them separately from the PlayStation Store. Maybe Bethesda will introduce a complete DLC pack on the Store like we know from Warhawk.
