I know the reasons why they didn’t do it, but I SO wish they’d had the rider flying off the bike with some ragdoll physics effects.

Well Motorstorm has it, and is only PEGI rated at 12+ - and PEGI is only a recommended age, not an ‘enforced’ rating like the BBFC ratings. So would putting the same kind of thing in Burnout really have had any serious effect on the rating? I personally don’t think so.
