The confirmed list of technical specs for Metal Gear Solid 4 are revealed thanks to Gamestop.com for releasing the backside image of the final boxart for the limited edition.
So basically the technical specs are:

Previously known as Tomb Raider 8, Tomb Raider Underworld, developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Eidos is set to be released by the end of the year.
