Has anybody heard of White Knight Chronicles? I didn’t until i saw this article. This game looks fantastic, and can’t believe there is no hype for it. All the hype is surrounding games like Metal Gear Solid 4, Final Fantasy XIII and Killzone 2. But why not White Knight Chronicles?

It looks as though the game maybe far away from completion or the game developers aren’t marketing this product yet – or not doing a good job. It is currently scheduled to be released later this year.

Console me go on to say:

White Knight Chronicles is an RPG that follows the story of Lenard, a boy that finds an ancient artifact that allows him to transform into a 7 meter tall White Knight. Though details of the story are still being closely guarded by Level 5, as reported by Famitsu the game will run at about 50 to 60 hours to complete. Whether that is just the main story or takes into account side quests remains to be seen.

Check out the following video if your wondering if this game is any good:

Playstation World Magazine confirms that there will be exclusive content for the PS3 after the release of the 360’s episodes. This is good news for Playstation owners because many felt back stabbed about Xbox 360 getting exclusive content.

According to Fragcast the latest PSW issue has confirmed:

  • GTA IV will be updated to include Home support
  • the PS3 achievement system will give users more than just points… earning in-game trophies will give users items to decorate the Home space with and customise their avatar.

UK Playstation 3 sales rose by 73 percent over the easter period according to ChartTrack data. Software sales also increased during easter as children alike took high advantage of the easter period to purchase games and new consoles.

MCV, ChartTrack’s Dorian Bloch commented:

“PS3 and Xbox 360 are pretty much neck and neck at the moment, with PS3 slightly ahead. Software was up, and the formats that Rainbow Six Vegas 2 appeared on did especially well.”

Dorian Bloch went on to say:

“Some schools are on holiday so next week will be similar, as there are a lot of product slated for March 28th. We’ve seen bumper sales this week and we can expect the same for next week,”

We will have to see how much impact Gran Turismo 5 Prologue made to the sales of the PS3 and software sales next week.

Here is a video of me playing Gran Turismo 5 Prologue online. I wanted to show you exactly what it’s like playing it online.

Online it’s virtually lag free and it’s simply brilliant, probably the best online racing game i’ve played to date. Not to mention the best graphics i’ve seen in a game. If it’s this good now, think how good it will be when Gran Turismo 5 comes out.

Here is the video.

2 days ago we posted a video which featured Resident Evil 5 gameplay footage. The video is from the latest Famitsu magazine issue which is released today. The video has been removed from many sources including YouTube. I just thought i would let you all know if your wondering why you can’t watch the Famitsu feature

You can watch the video on GameVideos here.

Turned your PS3 on and got prompted to download the latest 2.20 System Software Update? Have no idea what it does? Watch the following video.

Eric Lempel takes us on a tour to show off some of the new features in the Firmware 2.20 update and how to use them.

The PSP as a romote is something i’ve waited for. I can now use my PSP as a romote and never have to bother to turn the T.V. As long as i’m wireless all over the house, there is nothing to worry about.

Wondering when you will be able to download and play the popular online shooter, SOCOM Confrontation? Wonder no further than this. SOCOM Confrontation will be available September 16th 2008. SOCOM will be available to download from the Playstation Store or you can go out and buy the Blu-Ray version. I’m not too sure whether this release date is for both versions or one of them.

Anyway, Sony will be launching a new website tomorrow to dedicate the SOCOM franchise. The address is http://www.socom.com/.
